Job Requirements


  • Handle full set of accounts.
  • Prepare financial report.
  • Manage accounts receivables and payables.
  • Issue sales invoices and credit notes.
  • Contact clients and send reminders to ensure timely payment.
  • Prepare SST Submission.

  • Responsible for administration and reporting of merchant acquisition projects. 
  • Maintaining the database and system functions. 
  • Be the go to person for internal team and external agencies for all sale support. 
  • Coordinate delivery of relevant POSM for various projects. 
  • Assist in various tasks including but not limited to, market research, surveys, mystery shopping, copy checking, preparation of slides, etc 

  • Candidate must possess at least ACCA Certificate or Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business / related field. 
  • Required skill(s): Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word. Experience in MYOB accounting system is an added advantage. 
  • Fluent in English. Fluency in Chinese & Malay (written and spoken) is an added advantage. 
  • Preferable with at least 1 – 2 year’s accounting experience.
