Job Description
- Handle full set of accounts.
- Prepare financial report.
- Manage accounts receivables and payables.
- Issue sales invoices and credit notes.
- Manage Company’s statutory filing, tax compliance and legislation
- Prepare staff claim and other human resource related agenda.
- Develop and maintain thorough financial procedures for the organization and ensure all finance records are kept accurately and securely in line with legislative requirements.
- Review and ensure accuracy of payroll calculations, relevant statutory (Tax, Socso and EPF) handling, submission and payment.
- Contact clients and send reminders to ensure timely payment.
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least ACCA Certificate or Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Accounting / Finance / related field.
- Preferable with at least 1 – 2 year’s accounting experience.
- Required skill(s): Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word. Experience in MYOB accounting system is an added advantage.
- Positive work attitude and highly committed.
- Strong experience in preparation of statutory accounts.
- Fluent in English. Fluency in Chinese & Malay (written and spoken) is an added advantage.
