Job Description

• Attending to customer's requirements on technical related inquiry. 
• Cultivate good relationship with clients by identifying their needs and at the same time, ensuring client's satisfaction. 
• Perform mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, preventive maintenance and calibration of CNC grinding machine. 
• Perform application support and training to operate machine effectively.
• Ensure a strong customer follow up and that all problems are readily resolved within a stipulated timeline. 
• Preferred good experience in machine setup and grinding application. 
• Ability to work independently with strong work commitment.
• Applicants must be willing to travel heavily.

Job Requirements

1. Minimum 2 years working experience.
2. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma.
3. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with strong understanding of mechanical and electrical background with software application.
4. Ability to work independently with strong work commitment. 
5. Preferred skill(s): Good experience in machine setup, software and grinding application. 
6. Required language(s): English. 
7. Applicants must process own transportation and willing to travel heavily.
