Job Description
- Day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing the restaurant, food preparations and storage, quality control, maintaining a safe and clean environment.
- Learn how to promote store profitability, maintaining brand standards, executing marketing programs, expense control, inventory levels & shortage control and adheres to and enforces all company programs, policies and procedures.
- Build strong customer relations to encourage valuable new and repeat business; how to greet customers with friendliness and kindness, conduct formal and informal surveys to get reliable feedback, to troubleshoot customer concerns and handle complaints.
- Communicate new or revised instructions to incoming shift workers, teach new employees company policies and oversee day-to-day operations.
- Create weekly work schedules to ensure that you have enough employees for each shift.
- Create computerized inventory and daily revenue reports
Job Requirements
- Understand and have experience working on POS restaurant operation.
- Meticulous and possess good people skills.
- Good analytical, problem solving and decision making skills.
- Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to maintain good relationship with guests and employees within the restaurant.

To make this happen, we have decide to put more focus on the creation of a perfect plate of satisfying Nasi Lemak, hence, a small menu that can bring out the best in every dish we serve. As the saying goes, "do one thing and make it the best". With less to worry about, we can also bring out the best in our team. Our goal is for everyone involved with NALE to be happy and fulfilled.
