Job Description

• Take ownership of bringing new clients to the company & drive sales for Human Resource Services.
• Grow revenues and improve profitability over time through eradicating errors in local delivery, managing service scope, managing change requests, and identifying new opportunities in the market.
• Grow and maintain good rapport with prospects and clients through providing assistance with onboarding, implementation process, and client’s inquiries whenever necessary.
• Achieve Business Development objectives by engaging targeted strategic partners, identifying solutions, build and close complex partnerships, and negotiating contracts.
• Establish/manage master contracts with prospects and clients to ensure long-term relationships.
• Ensure timely management reports on sales-related efforts and revenue forecasting.
• Become a trusted advisor to our clients through educating and sharing about current market trends, changes, and challenges.

Job Requirements

1. A minimum of Bachelor’s Degree/Professional Certificate in Human Resources/Finance/Accounting.
2. Senior Executive with experience in the outsource HR/payroll industry.
3. Ideally three (3) to four (4) years of outsourcing HR/payroll experience, working in a client-facing environment.
4. Self-driven and willing to take new challenges as part of pioneering members.
