Job Details

360 recruitment cycle; including sourcing candidates, phone screening, interview scheduling for our clients and other ad hoc tasks.
Bring business to the company through cold calling, networking, and account management.
Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers.
Become a trusted advisor and build connections between individuals/talents and businesses.
Bring in fresh, critical, creative, and constructive ideas throughout our journey.

Job Requirements

Requirements

Demonstrated personal qualities such as driven, dedicated, responsible, and high spirited.
Enjoy working in a fast-paced and highly competitive environment.
Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in HR or equivalent would be an added advantage.
Business Development/Sales experience would be an added advantage.
Experience in Outsourced HR industry would be an added advantage.
