Job Description
  • Understand customer’s enquiry and respond via applicable channels: email, chat, and call backs.
  • Understand customer enquiries and ensure they are answered or routed through the appropriate support channel.
  • Manage customer escalations and ensure that these are answered, tracked, and escalated as required.
  • Perform all procedures accurately, including following all SOP on documented call flows, work processes, data entry requirements, and complaint management processes.
  • Ensure all SLAs are met accordingly.
  • Demonstrate a strong customer service orientation and take responsibility to ensure customers are satisfied.
  • Provide a high level of professionalism and competent customer service.
  • Able to communicate effectively with customers in a friendly and polite manner following the SOP.
  • Able to read, write, and speak fluently and spontaneously in both English and, for native speakers, in their native language.

Job Requirements

Requirements
  1. Locals who are fluent in both written & spoken native language and English.
  2. Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Info-communication or E-commerce.
  3. Local SPM graduates with at least three (3) years of work experience are welcomed.
  4. Experience in IT, FTF customers service or B2B sales would be an added advantage.
  5. Basic IT knowledge & basic software troubleshooting is required.
  6. We highly encourage the following language speakers to apply: Hindi, Urdu, Mandarin, Cantonese, Korean, Japanese, Turkish, Russian, Arabic, Vietnamese, Thai and Indonesian.
