Job Description

1.  In-charge of handling inbound and outbound calls and other methods of communication (e.g. email) with new prospects and existing customers to educate and inform customers about our services and convince them to try the company’s services. 
2.  Work efficiently and effectively in line with company procedures and guidelines, delivering good results against our key performance indicators (customer satisfaction, productivity and deal volume). 
3.  Record & report performance of daily operation activities 
4. Recommend improvements that will positively impact sales and efficiency. 
5. Perform other duties as assigned. 
   
   

Job Requirements

1. Preferably 1-2 years relevant working experience, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. 
2. Maintains high productivity/high energy level. Results driven. 
3. Willingness to go beyond the job description to meet business goals. 
4. Proficiency in interpersonal and written communication in English & Bahasa Malaysia. Chinese as an added advantage. 
5. Well-versed in Microsoft Office Applications such as Excel.
