Job Description

  • working for the Founding President
  • acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
  • managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the Founding President
  • booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
  • organising events and conferences
  • reminding the Founding President of important tasks and deadlines
  • typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
  • managing databases and filing systems
  • implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
  • liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
  • collating and filing expenses
  • miscellaneous tasks to support the Founding President, which will vary according to the sector and to the Founding President’s remit, eg completing some corporate governance reporting (to ensure that the business is being run properly and complying with legislation and regulations) or conducting research 

Job Requirements

  •  Minimum 1-3 year of professional experience in the related field. 
  •  Able to commit to a minimum of 6 months to gain full exposure.
  • Bachelor degree (any field) that is related to the position.
  • Full proficiency in MS Office (Word, Powerpoint and Excel).
  • Possess own transportation
  • Have ability to work autonomously, using initiative to self-direct research and learn new skillsets.
  • Excellent command in English and Bahasa Melayu (lsitening, written and verbal) as well as interpersonal skills. Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.
  • Energetic, young and a team player
