Being in Talent & Culture (T&C) is no easy task. It requires a lot of patience, grit, determination, and finesse to be able to juggle multiple roles and responsibilities that not only helps the people grow but the company as a whole. Responsibilities : It’s mostly fun but of course there are some heavy responsibilities in order to be in Talent & Culture.
Here are the 5 main responsibilities;
  1. To follow up on decisions and paperwork after a manager interviews candidates (Recruitment);
  2. Update and keep track of achievements and Green Cards issued to our Myra Fam;
  3. Think of ways to improve processes and systems that are currently in place;
  4. A little bit of event organising as we usually host quarterly Townhalls, celebrations, and get-togethers (both virtually and physically);
  5. Strategise and execute ways on how ramp up company engagement and camaraderie.

Job Requirements

  1. Experience in handling data and reporting packages.
  2. Able to analyse large data sets.
  3. Familiar with Office applications; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google applications; Sheets, Slides, Docs.
  4. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  5. Attention to detail.
  6. An analytical mind and inclination for problem solving.
  7. A fun and great personality is a major plus.
  8. High level of patience.
  9. Willingness to listen to people's problems & stories.
