  • Responsible for planning and executing the leasing strategies of commercial space between the company and potential tenants.
  • Overseeing the leasing procedures in order to ensure a smooth process.
  • Source and participate in lease negotiations, secure the right kinds of tenants for the project and its buyers
  • Manage negotiation processes and navigate discussions between involved parties.
  • Maintains and expands the database of retailers and prospective retailers.
  • Asset presentation to prospects, sites visitation, negotiation and close deals
  • Maintains existing tenants and develops new tenants through planned individual account support.
  • Monitors and reports on tenants’ activities, and provides relevant management information. 

Job Requirements

  • At least 3 years of working experience in retail mall leasing or similar work experiences required for Senior Executive positions, 5 years experience for Asst. Manager.
  • Good communication skills in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Degree in Business / Marketing / Property / Real Estate Management or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of lease terms, specifications, and tenancy policies.
  • Knowledgeable about current market conditions, and market studies.
  • Possesses mathematical skills to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages.
