A Myra Sales & Credit Admin Executive is responsible for helping our Property Consultant to guide & assist home-buyers to complete the home-buying process and responsible for the operations of Sales and Credit Administration functions.
Here are some of the responsibilities;
  • To be updated on conversion status and evaluate whether the monthly conversion target provided is realistic
  • To provide assistance to Myra's Property Consultants on documents required for loan submissions.
  • Monitor sales documentation including checking of Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA) and ensure quick execution through liaising with solicitors and home-buyers;
  • To update home-buyer data into Property Sales System and maintain appropriate filing system for all relevant documentation;
  • Responsible to liaise with purchasers, financial institutions, solicitors and other related parties to ensure proper documentation and early loan releases;
  • To ensure progressive billings are released on time and payment received within stipulated timeline; 
  • Responsible for arranging the End-Financing line with banks for upcoming projects.
  • Responsible for applying APDL for upcoming projects. 
  • To ensure smooth in-coming and outgoing communications via letters, emails, and memos in the administration process;
  • Handle and prepare documents for blanket consent application, TNB & Syabas account application;
  • Follow up and coordinate with Project team in relation to prompt issuance of Architect Certification and utilities application, Sales Team for purchaser files matters as well as Finance team for billing and collection matters;
  • To prepare weekly reports for conversion, collection and other reports required by superior;
  • Attend sales launches, exhibitions, road shows, and events when necessary.


Job Requirements

Preferred Requirements:
  • Familiarity in using the IFCA system will be a plus point
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience as credit admin preferably in construction industry but we welcome fresh grads to apply!
  • Highly proficient in spoken and written English & Bahasa Malaysia. 
  • Able to communicate effectively and professionally
  • Advanced analytical, problem-solving & negotiation skills
  • Positive attitude in the face of challenges!
