Help first-time home buyers achieve their dreams of getting their first home! If you are passionate about helping others and meticulous in daily tasks, being Myra’s Sales Admin Officer is for you!
Don't be fooled by the title, your job goes beyond getting sales and small, cleric tasks, you will be helping Myra’s customers attain their biggest most prized possession (a home) by making it easy & exciting!

Your responsibilities will include;
  • Calling and approaching potential customers to provide simple but comprehensive guidance on application of offer letter from relevant government agency on price-controlled project. 
  • Evaluating whether potential leads are eligible for price-controlled project based on guidelines provided.
  • Consistently following-up with eligible potential leads on compilation of documents for offer letter submission purposes.
  • Consistent following-up with relevant government agency on issuance of offer letter upon full documents received and submitted for approval. 
  • Consistent following-up with bankers on loan application approval status and provide realistic approval forecast to superior on a weekly basis.
  • Arranging for Sale and Purchase Agreement execution with customers and solicitors. 
  • Handling customer’s inquiries and complaints, review and analyze customer reactions and feedback on products, promotions and services.
  • Attending sales launches, exhibitions, road shows, and events when necessary.

Job Requirements

  • Preferably 1 year of Property Sales/Related Experiences, those with experience handling RSKU projects are MORE than welcomed!
  • Highly proficient in spoken and written English & Bahasa Malaysia. 
  • Able to communicate effectively and professionally
  • Cold Calling Experience
  • Ability to organize work and tasks remotely
  • Posses own transport 
  • Be willing to travel to sales galleries located at Salak Tinggi, Jenderam & Dengkil.
