Job Description

As Myra's Purchasing Executive, you'd be in charge of providing the right amount of materials for our projects with the best quality.

Here are some of the key responsibilities;

Plan, organize, purchase materials according to requirements of site purchase orders.
Coordinate and monitor the purchasing of materials to ensure timely delivery.
To plan, monitor and control material inventory at optimum level.
Conduct, monitor & evaluate suppliers' performance to drive improvements in quality, cost, delivery, and services.
Work closely with internal departments and external suppliers on purchased items/engaged services.
To review purchase requisitions and determine proper purchasing methods in compliance with the purchasing policies and procedures.
Ensure all invoices are matched with the purchase order and delivery order before submitting them to data entry for input into In4suite System.
Compile and prepare price comparison of construction materials for management review.

Job Requirements

3-5 years experience in construction materials and machinery
An eye for quality and deals
Good at negotiations and pleasant with people
Detail-oriented and organised
