Job Description

As Myra's Interior Designer, you'll be tasked with providing aesthetic and functional design solutions for our projects and Sales Galleries! Let loose your creative side with us and bring your designs to life!

Responsibilities

Create & provide functional, relevant, & aesthetically pleasing design solutions for our projects.
Material & product research - collecting, comparing, & negotiating prices for materials & products.
Prepare sample boards and presentation material
Liaise with our Sales, Marketing, Property Development, & Construction teams on project progress & planning
Conduct site visits for quality checking and to schedule arrangements between suppliers & sub-contractors to ensure the project runs smoothly
Manage assigned project to completion & within the agreed timeline
Checking all work produce by team to ensure accuracy & soundness of the design.

Job Requirements

We're looking for talents who :

Are up for creative challenges and new opportunities;
Are familiar if not an expert in AutoCAD, 3DsMax, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and SketchUp software;
Have a great attitude, being able to both work independently and be a reliable team player;
Have a keen eye for the visually pleasant!
