About The Job

As Myra's Customer Service Executive, you'll be the face and voice of Myra to our customers!  This is an exciting opportunity to grow your career in the property industry and work in an innovative, team-oriented environment. Your Responsibilities 

  • To prepare & conduct exceptional Vacant Possession that provides  memorable moment/experience for our home buyers
  • Ensure necessary utilities (water, electricity, waste management, landscape maintenance) are arranged accordingly prior to Vacant Possession
  • Application forms, defect forms and any written requests/complaints by customers must be stored digitally in a designated platform
  • Monitor and inspect all defect rectification work done by the internal team within the stipulated SLA 
  • Communicate & follow up effectively with assigned customers and internal teams on defect rectification progress Store/archive all documents received from customer digitally in an internal CRM platform 
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports and provide quarterly recommendations to reduce the number of issues/complaints received 
  • Fill in provided forms/sheets with data on customer's feedback & complaints 
  • To consolidate & compile lists of vendors for maintenance works
  • Conduct inspections of assigned projects twice a week & highlight in designated channels with action plans 

Job Requirements


  • Required skill(s): Exceptional Customer Service Delivery, Building Defects Management, Empathetic, Detail Oriented, Basic Construction & Defects Management
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English 
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Bandar Baru Salak Tinggi 
  • Preferably experienced in Customer Service, Defects Management,  & Handover Processes 
  • Full-Time position(s) available 
  • Must possess own transport
  • Able to multitask, handle tight deadlines & work pressure
  • To report to reporting superior immediately via internal communications group on any urgent cases or delays on defect rectification
