Job Description

The ultimate in-betweener, as Myra's Communications Coordinator your role is to ensure all communications externally and internally are responded to within a stipulated time frame. A people person at heart, this job requires you to be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while ensuring service standards are met.

Job Description:
  • Guide & monitor sales and customer service activities and ensure all enquiries requested by customers are responded to satisfactorily.
  • Ensure all external communications are recorded in the respective systems.
  • Coordination of all departments to ensure complete and accurate answers are provided to the customers.
  • Escalate requests that are not being met to your supervisor together with solutions. 
  • Generate daily, weekly and monthly reports on responsiveness of individual departments. 


Job Requirements

  • Ability to work on multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Excellent listening and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong command of Malay & English skills
  • Requires basic problem solving abilities
  • Quick understanding and learning of new technologies
  • Understanding the property development process is a bonus.
