Job Description

As Myra's Building Manager, you will be working closely with our home-buyers to help them settle in to their new houses!

Here are some other responsibilities;

Attending, supervising and monitoring property maintenance, servicing, rectification, renovation and installation works carried out by contractors
To manage and coordinate all operation matters relating to Property Management and Administration
To liaise with the authorities in regards to the strata development matters
To issue the receipts for the payment made by the customers for the maintenance charges.
Take on ad-hoc assignments related to the job as and when required

Job Requirements

Preference given to seasoned, experienced candidates looking for the next step in property management
An ideal candidate would be willing to work independently and with minimal instruction/oversight (initial guidance provided)
Willing to learn, fast learner, and can be an excellent team leader
Candidates with background in strata building management preferred
Candidate that possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Property Development/Real Estate Management or a related field are preferred
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
Willing to travel within Lembah Klang area
Required Skill(s): Communication, Property Management, Google Docs
