Job Description

• Collaborate closely with product designers with a focus on new feature design and prototyping.
• Be involved in the user experience design process, from wireframes and mockups through implementation and release.
• Work closely with designers and business to define and implement elegant solutions to interesting problems.
• Help define and maintain visual guidelines and ensure consistency throughout the app.
• Fast prototyping of new user interactions and iteration based on feedback from peers.

Job Requirements

• Ability to learn quickly on the go. We're looking for software engineers who thrive while learning new technologies and don't believe in one-size-fits-all solutions. 
• You have strong command of a frontend stack (Javascript/HTML/CSS). Frameworks like Code Igniter and Bootstrap should be known and Tailwind/React/Flux/Redux/Ionic/Flutter are a plus.
• You have basic knowledge of a backend stack, including technologies like MySQL.
• Deep system design skills. You know how to build highly-scalable, robust, and fault-tolerant services that support our unique exponential growth requirements.
• Bias toward action. You believe that speed and quality aren't mutually exclusive. You've shown good judgment about shipping as fast as possible while ensuring your products and platforms are built in a sustainably and responsibly.
