Job Description

As MyPay's CX Lead, you will put yourself in the shoes of our customers and find ways to make that experience the best that it can be.

Tasks include:
  1. Run and implement projects to improve customer experience
  2. Use and analyse data on customer interactions to make decisions and implement  improvements. 
  3. Providing our users with an outstanding customer experience via email, SMS and other social media channels. It is part of our mission to make MyPay users feel secure whilst using our service 
  4. Collaborating with other teams to tackle any customers' issues. 
  5. Launch and grow a team of customer support agents while ensuring individuals and teams meet SLA targets.

Job Requirements

  1. Empathy and love for helping people.
  2. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  3. Driven, self-motivated and highly flexible team player.
  4. Self-learner, independent problem-solver. 
  5. Experience working with data analysis and dashboards. 
  6. Exceptional understanding of customer service, technical issue resolution and support best practices. Proven record of improving SLAs for support teams.
  7. Previous people management experience.
  8. Strong communication skills, great numeracy and IT skills.
  9. You are fluent in English and are comfortable communicating in BM.
  10. Previous entrepreneurial experience a plus: you have successfully lead a team building something new or launched your own venture.  
  11. A graduate with 3-6 years of working experience.
