Job Description

As MyPay's Community Manager/Lead, you will help to grow and manage MyPay's brand and presence online through various digital marketing avenues including our social media channels.

For this role, your tasks will be...
  • Setting and implementing social media and communication campaigns to align with marketing strategies
  • Oversee the content production phase by working closely with designers and copywriters, ensuring content is relevant, on-brief and on-strategy
  • Managing MyPay's social media that includes creating and publishing contents
  • Develop workflows, reporting templates and insights for monthly reviewing of campaign reports to gauge the effectiveness of our social media campaigns
  • Recruit and manage MyPay Brand Ambassadors including creating incentive plans to reward our ambassadors
  • Manage and participate in on-ground events and activation campaigns 

Job Requirements

What candidates are we looking for?
  • Must have at least 2 years working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Knowledge and experience in digital marketing, social media marketing, and/or creative content writing
  • Possess great copywriting and communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Able to develop and implement strong social media marketing plans (strategy, audience targeting, objectives, measurement and analytics) to create and grow brand presence across social media channels
  • Detail-oriented, energetic and resourceful
  • Experienced with social media content management tools

It's a HUGE plus if you...
  • possess graphic design skills and knowledge in using design tools such as Adobe Illustrator and/or Photoshop
  • resourceful when it comes to finding influencers, bloggers and brand ambassadors aligned with the MyPay brand
