Job Description

  • Community Associate is our client first point of contact and experience specialists for our communicity centre
  •  Meet and greet customers and visitors as needed. Build strong relationships and providing a professional and friendly service
  •  Contribute to the overall revenue of the centre by identifying sales opportunities and actively upselling/cross selling of services
  •  To supporting our centre operations and sales activities, to maintaining valuable customer relationship
  •  Are an integral part of a team that continually works to improve our customer experience
  •  Ensure that clients in the centre of responsibility are pleased with our services, offer the best customer experience
  •  Be responsible for addressing customer queries or resolving arising issues
  •  Handle telephone calls and manage messages

Job Requirements

  1. Degree/Diploma in Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, Multimedia Design, Events Management, Marketing, Business, Psychology or equivalent
  2. Working experience in similar or relevant industries especially in coworking, serviced, virtual office industry and event management will be added advantage
  3. Strong interest in communication related activities such as public relations and advertising. 
  4. Have strong written and speaking in English/Chinses/BM and able to articulate concepts, ideas and plans effectively via written format.
  5. Able to effectively use and have relevant experience in software applications such as microsoft office and graphic design.
  6. Social Media savvy and follow its latest technology trends with the ability to apply with immediate effect into communication strategies
