Job Description
· Source IT hardware with best purchase value in term of price, quality, delivery and services.
· Process Purchase Order to suppliers on timely manner;
· Open communication and discussion with requestors to meet customer delivery requirement.
· Constantly innovate to improve operation process for operation efficiency & time saving.
· Implement E-procurement system for information accuracy and traceability.
· Liaising and follow up with vendors and freight forwarders on delivery to meet customer requirements.
· Process shipping and custom declaration documentation.
Job Requirements
· Proactive and highly self-motivated, be able to work under their own initiative without supervision.
· Change orientation. Ability to be versatile and improvise to be prudent in evaluating or executing day-to-day operation for continuous improvement and adapting behaviour to the needs of a new or different situation.
· Communication -Strong in internal & external communication and coordination to ensure smooth service delivery.
· Problem solving & Decision Making - Provide solution which require some interpretation when dealing with expectations. Consider consequences of decisions. Develops solution that address the root cause and prevent recurrence.
