Job Description

• Monitor and secure clients’ network infrastructure/ performance  and mission critical information by 24/7 security monitoring & surveillance.
• Analyse the potential cyber breaches/ suspisious network traffic , proactively respond/support on customer issue.
• Review customer existing Network or Cyber Security Architectures, perform needs analysis and contributes to design, implementation and integration of Security on-premise hardware, software and Cloud solutions.
  Security threat hunting & validating security incident 
• Trobleshoot and escalate application, system, network and security incident to Customer and ensure maximum availability and performance.
• Proactively respond/support  customer issue and escalate application, system, network incidents to ensure maximum availability and performance.
• Logging every issue reported by customers and create corresponding trouble/ issues ticket and consistently follow-up on the outstanding issues and update the progress until closure.
• To have ownership based on domain of expertise as per on department needs such as MDR, SIEM, EDR, VM, FIREWALL, SD-WAN, PREMIUM SUPPORT, INFRA and BACKBONE.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Possess CCNA/ CEH certification.
• Hand on experience on switch, routing, firewall policy for enterprise customer network and Ticketing System. 
  
  

• Excellent communication skill. Strong in internal & external comunication and coordination.  
• High EQ. Customer focus, passion for customer satisfaction. 
• Good problem solving & decision making skill. Recognizes, analyse and solve problem in complex situation. Develop solution with balancing risk and implication.
