PR Liaison with Universities, Networking with Students Leaders and HR Analysis.

Key skills sets are; Being Comfortable with dealing with Humans; Project Management on Social Enterprise Projects designed to empower Youth. OCD skills on tracking checklists & timelines will be helpful. Good sense of Humour mandatory.

We also function as a sustainable Youth Community Social Enterprise
where we curate & channel Opportunities to Millennial Youth. 

(A) OFFICE ADMIN
  •  Making Phone Calls as needed for Research or Booking Appointments 
  •  Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.
  •  Maintain contact database lists.
  •  Overall Stationery & General Inventory 
  •  In charge of Company’s Master calendar.
  •  Managing Company Vehicles Inventory

(B) HUMAN  RESOURCES
  •  Talent Management: Sourcing & Curation through Job Sites like WOBB, Jobstreet, Universities HR Visits.
  •  Learning about different Job Scopes via Interviewing Candidates through Phone Calls, Physical Meeting.
  •  Reporting Candidate Results directly to CEO upon finish interviewing.
  •  Preparing letter of offer, letter of warning, appraisal letter, and termination letter.
  •  Research on effective job skills descriptions for different HR roles.
  •  Management of Company HR needs
  •  Employee Relations & Party Planning (with CEO’s PA)
  •  Conduct basic Welcome Briefing for new staff & interns
 

(C) PUBLIC  RELATIONS & Human Intelligence Network
  •  Assist with the planning of marketing strategies for Multinational Companies (MNCs) to help drive traffic and engagement
  •  Oversee & Collaborate with Universities social media accounts nationwide
  •  Managing & Projecting the Image of MYC! to Brand & University Partners
  •  Work with International Lifestyle Brands & Universities Nationwide from Perlis to Sabah
  •  Develop & Maintain good relationships with Student Leaders & University Partners  
  •  Our campaigns involve Branding, Events, and Social Media Networks & Digital Marketing 
  •  Coordinate Booking Schedules for company’s Events in Campus planning, Publicity Strategies and Campaigns
  •  Classroom Talks Presenter (Speaker) 

Job Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Mass Communications or equivalent.
