Job Description
- Monitor and work closely with product and operations team on daily customer service inquiries and feedback. And then get back to them accordingly in professional way.
- Work closely with CS team from suppliers / merchants, in order to have a better communication and resolve the issues accordingly.
- Prepare a CS Report in bi-monthly basis. E.g.: Types of complaint and etc.
- Responsible for walk-in sales order and redemption.
- Responsible for stock count at HQ.
- Update Tracking Numbers
Job Requirements
- at least 1-2 years experience in customer service
- able to work independent
- good attitude and good communication
- able to read and speak in Mandarin
