Job Description

• Presenting accounting issues and results to Account Manager and upper management
• Recommends actions to resolve discrepancies.
• Controlling credit and ensuring debtors pay on time.
• Reconciliation of direct debits and finance accounts.
• Reconciliation of Inter-Co balances/ledgers
• To enforce credit control
• Using accounting software to create spreadsheets and reports
• To maintain spreadsheets for monitoring and analyzing accounting data and prepare financial reports
• To prepare table of accounts, assign entries to proper accounts to ensure proper   accounting methods, principles and policies are being followed
• Preparation of statutory accounts.
• Assisting Account Manager in Fixed Assets accounting.
• Supervision of Accounting Staff.
• To maintain and reconcile cash / financial accounts
• Assisting Account manager in year end external audit preparation of schedules and related reports.

Job Requirements

• At least 2 - 3 years experienced 
• with certification of LCCI or above 
• Wiling to learn and work independent
