Business Expansion Job Summary
The business expansion oversees developing business solutions. The main goal is to grow the business and generate more revenue for the company. They will manage partner accounts and come up with new growth ideas. This includes new sales strategies, sales pitches, and business plans.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Brainstorming for new project strategies, identifying growth and services opportunity
- Creating pitches, executing objectives, managing partner accounts
- Handling day to day business operations and on-ground device deployment/ relocation
- Come up with new marketing plan and growth plan to expand the business
- Identify, negotiate and secure new partners/ merchants to onboard with us
- Reviewing timeframes and budgets, achieve goals and set KPIs
- Building trust and long-term relationships with partners/ merchants
- Developing ways to improve the partner experience and build brand loyalty
Job Requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, administration, or a related field
- Minimum 2 - 3 years working experience, preferable in sales, operations and management
- Demonstrated and proven sales results
- Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
- Fluent communication in person, on the phone, and in email
- Self-motivated and self-directed, able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time well
