Job Description

• Plan and organise individual and group activities designed to facilitate the development of students’ motor, cooperative and social skills, confidence and understanding. 
• Prepare lesson materials and resources.
• Nurture and educate students in accordance with core values and ethics of the school.
• Promote language development through various activities e.g. conversations, storytelling, role, songs and rhymes.
• Provide opportunities to creative expression through art, dramatic play, music and physical fitness. 
• Observe, evaluate and record children’s social skills and learning progress; and to detect signs of developmental, emotional or health related issues. 
• Supervise children’s activities to ensure safety and resolve conflicts.
• Guide and assist children in the development of proper eating, dressing and toileting.
• Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with other service providers working with young children.
• Uphold the school code of conduct and school policies, rules and procedures in a supportive and positive manner.

Job Requirements

1. Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Early Childhood Education / Teaching / Training or any relevant field of education. 
2. Love & enjoy working with young children. 
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
4. A good team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
5. Proficient in English, Mandarin and Malay
