Job Description
You will be leading the day to day shop matters which includes:
- Handling all shop matters from daily opening to closing
- Ensuring that shop operations is smooth and encouraging best practices
- Staff management and providing necessary training
- Providing good customer service and leading by example to other staff
- Managing the cash flow of the shop
- Liaising with suppliers to make new stock orders and ensuring stock is full
- Receiving stock and performing quantity and quality check
- Performing monthly inventory check
You will be provided training and support for your role where required.
