About The Job

You will be assisting day to day admin and finance work at HQ which includes:
  • Prepare all payments, receipts, journals entries, postings etc
  • Handle administration and finance/accounting documents and filing
  • Perform any other duties which may be assigned from time to time
You will be provided training and support for your role where required. 

Job Requirements

  • Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Word
  • Knowledge of accounting and Autocount software is an advantage
  • Ability to speak English and Malay
  • Pleasant and calm personality
  • Good telephone etiquette and able to write good emails
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
