Job Description

• Process sales order from Ecommerce system and fulfilment of orders. Order fulfilment is the starting point & not the end. Even Amazon's founder packed orders at the beginning. 
• Ordering and inventory management.
• Manage designated staff to assist you with operational duties as you see fit.
• Receive goods & stocks from supplier, arrange stock and keep work area clean and tidy.
• Answer customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses.

Job Requirements

• Candidate possesses a Diploma OR higher. Fresh Graduates with strong references are encouraged to apply.
• Possesses own transportation to work place located in Petaling Jaya.
• Work 5 Days a Week plus half day Saturdays (occasionally according to volume of orders).
• Dedicated to work fast within deadline.
• Willing to do things outside comfort zone. Detail oriented, highly organised.
• Team player, diplomatic, stay cool under pressure and fantastic interpersonal skills.
• Other skillsets and passion relevant to the business is a bonus
• Fast promotion with 3-6 months based on your ability.
