• Experience doing research using multiple sources and organizational skills. 
• Research industry-related topics (Combining interviews, studies, online sources)
• Maintaining and create web content for company websites/portals.
• Editing and proofreading content once written.

• Writing Blog and publish articles about employee story monthly 
• Coordinate with other departments to illustrate articles
• Conduct simple keyword research and use SEO guidelines to increase web traffic
• Promote content on social media, for instance, Facebook, Website, Instagram.
• Assist in any other tasks assigned by superior.

Job Requirements

1. Experienced in writing articles in English (encourage to share and attach your portfolio).
2. Excellent overall writing skills in a number of different styles/tones in English
3. Impeccable spelling and grammar.
4. Able to work in a team and be a good team player
5. A deep understanding of employee’s perspective and what motivates them to grow.
6. Helping Employer Branding for content related tasks
7. A creative mind and having social media knowledge.
8. Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with other departments.
9. Ability to speak, read, and write in English fluently.
10. Has the basic knowledge of video editing and Photoshop.
