Job Description

• Contact new boarding, existing and potential customers by telephone, WhatsApp to provide an overview of our product.
• Maintain and develop good relationship with existing and potential customers.
• Carry out duties aspects of market research opportunities and aftersales services.
• Contribute and achieve the department group target set by the organization.
• Comfortable in doing cold call.
• Assist sales person on operational issue.
• Any other tasks as and when required to support the team and back up other team members. 

Job Requirements

1. Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply.
2. Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese 
3. Minimum work for 4 months.
4. Must be an outspoken person, communicates well and not an introvert / silent person.
5. Applicants must be willing to work from 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday. 
6. Pay: RM15 per hour. Around RM2200 to RM2400 per month.
