About The Job

  • Sales calls and develop new clients and opportunities
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Maintaining a good communication with current accounts on a regular basis
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
  • Analyze the territory or market's potential, track sales and status reports
  • Continuously improve through feedback
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Degree or equivalent.
  • At least 2-3 years of working experience in the related field / proven work experience as a in sales are preferable
  • Familiar with outbound sales environment, field sales and/or face-to-face selling
  • Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and to a deadline
  • Ability to work well in a team
  • To build close relationship with business customers
  • To follow up with pre-sales and post-sales activities
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
  • Able to converse in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin and a Chinese dialect (Cantonese/Hokkien)
