About The Job

  • Able to start work immediately or at short notice
  • Handle daily/monthly claim, transaction and closing monthly accounts
  • Follow up with dealers/sales team to get requested report and consolidate weekly
  • Manage incoming/outgoing calls/mails and arrange courier service
  • Update staff attendance record daily, documentation filing and office stationary
  • Assist all managers and sales team on daily work

Job Requirements

  • Degree or Diploma in Administrative or Accounting or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting system
  • Fluency in written and spoken in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Ability to be independent and manage/follow up schedule/payment
