Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Follow the standard of operating procedures and complete all tasks as assigned by the Retail Supervisor or any other assigned person by the company.
- Maintain cleanliness of the boutique and replenish merchandise as it is sold.
- Acknowledge customers and be attentive.
- Maintain proper display of products ensuring they comply with the boutique’s image & quality standards.
- Report pricing discrepancies and loss and/or damage of products to the Retail Supervisor or any other assigned person by the company.
- Provide ongoing updates to Operation Manager regarding customer feedback and complaints.
- Attend sales training meetings
Job Requirements
- Good in English and computer literate.
- Diploma in any related field.
- Excellent interpersonal skills in interacting with customers and in meeting their needs.
- Ability to take direction while working with minimal supervision.
- Pleasant personality and positive working attitude.
- Work location : (Selangor) Tropicana Garden Malls, Empire Shopping Galley, AEON Shah Alam, (Kuala Lumpur) Bangsar Village, Pavilion Kuala Lumpur.
