Job Description

• The person shall be responsible in assigning courier partners to clients as well as acquiring and on-boarding new courier partners and ensuring courier partner satisfaction.
• Ensures that all Orders have a courier partner assigned, and that assigned courier partner is briefed on specific requests of the client
• In addition, he/she will be responsible for addressing courier related complaints, issues, and concerns.

• Acquire & Trainnew courier partners
• Manage & Distribute Inventory related to Courier Partners
• Responsible in checking and monitoring all Orders in the system for execution;
• Handle courier partner discipline;
• Ensure courier partner retention and satisfaction.

• Provides data/analysis needed for reporting;
• Updates reports on a daily basis.

• Perform other duties as may be assigned
