Responsible to handle full set of account, HR and admin spectrum.
To prepare monthly and quarterly management accounts, reconciliation report, account analysis for audit / tax purpose.
Hands-on experiences and able to execute tasks related to the payroll and administration of end-to-end processing of weekly/monthly payroll and billing with an emphasis on accuracy and timelines.
To perform reconciliation of account for payroll and billing and maintaining proper records.
To maintain and compliance of accounting policies and standards.
Preparation of AP payment and monitoring of AR collection promptly.
To liaise with company secretaries, auditors, tax agents and bankers.
Ensure all accounting records and documents are properly filed, labelled and kept for future references.
Any other adhoc task as and when required.

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Accounting or equivalent.
At least 3-5 years of related working experience in a similar capacity.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office and SQL will be great advantage.
Preferable with strong accounting background.
