Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound sales enquiries (calls, texts, emails) NO cold calling!
  • Maintain timely follow-ups and keep close tracking of leads for closure of sales
  • Arrange for appointments
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders (other depts, customers, partners etc)
  • Provide professional consultation and excellent customer service
  • Build exceptional rapport with external business partners

Job Requirements

Requirements:
  • At least SPM
  • Self-motivated achiever and independent
  • Takes initiative to make things happen
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, ever changing and highly digitized environment
  • Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Outspoken and cheerful
  • Strong end-to-end selling skills including needs assessments, follow up, objection handling and closing deal
  • Committed to fulfil sales target set by the company
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Melayu (fluent in Mandarin/Cantonese is advantageous)
  • Responsible with keen learning attitude
  • Superior negotiation and customer service skills are advantageous
