Job Description

You will be leading the online and offline B2B sales & marketing efforts of the company with responsibilities including but not limited to: growing our Wholesale & Distribution worldwide client base, increase sales revenue, and executing Mossery partnership plans for both B2B Corporate & Wholesale channel.

This role requires you to have a can-do, take charge attitude. You must be goal orientated, numerically literate, and possess excellent commercial sense.
You will work within a fast paced, exciting, and dynamic environment and make sure the marketing and communication plans get executed within time and budget to achieve the goals of brand development and awareness, lead generation and client success.

Job Description:
Lead both B2B Corporate & Wholesale' online and offline sales activities to market Mossery product brand strategically. Your job scope would split into these sale channels — B2B corporate and B2B wholesale:

  1. As a B2B Corporate Sales manager, some of your responsibilities are as below:
    • Researching and identifying B2B corporate sales opportunity, generating leads, target identification and classification
    • Reaching out to new customers and making presentations or pitches outlining the benefits of product/ services
    • Understanding the client requirements and then customising the product/ services as per their needs
    • Maintaining relationship with all potential and existing corporate clients
  2. As part of the wholesale team, you’ll be using a hands-on approach and help your team with the execution of the following wholesale activities:
    • Control and manage the content of B2B wholesale' website and inventory catalogue to meet the sales objectives of the business
    • Support B2B customers by building and maintaining relationships to best understand and fulfil their business’ needs, through direct and indirect communications
    • Retain and maintain high customer satisfaction and increase product sales
    • Establish KPIs, implement quality controls, delegate essential tasks, and coach team members
    • Create and analyse reports regularly to track metrics including P&L, retention, sales, etc.
    • Establish, document, and maintain all SOPs
    • Work closely with the management team to ensure the business meets essential objectives involving revenue, budget, and P&L
    • Organise participation of industry events including contract negotiations, booth design, planning, etc.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years' + professional experience in B2B sales and marketing role
  • Entrepreneurial, enjoys working in a fast-paced, small-company environment
  • Resourceful, creative, enthusiastic, and results-oriented
  • Self-motivated, and self-confident with the ability to act with urgency and passion
  • Proven ability to work with a high level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail
  • Strong organisational skills in order to maintain a high level of productivity, innovation, and priority-setting in order to complete assignments on-time and on-budget
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Willingness to work collaboratively by incorporating diverse perspectives and appropriately managing relationships in order to strength decision-making.
  • Effective budget development and management skills; ability to coordinate cross functionally
