Job Description

• Handle full set of accounts. Responsible for month end closing and yearly closing
• Preparation of Audit Schedules, support internal and external audits.
• Preparing the monthly profit and loss, and balance sheet reports
• Planning, studying and collecting data to determine costs of business activity such as raw material purchases, inventory and labour
• Responsible for review of on-hand inventory balances for accuracy and ageing, Excess and Obsolete reserve, Lower of Cost or Market valuation, and  PPV capitalisation
• Assist in preparation of annual operating budget and monthly forecasts for costing, absorption, and inventory
• Creating monthly financial reports
• Preparing monthly cash flow statements, and controlling expenditure and cash flow 
• Assisting with the preparation of year-end accounts and statutory accounts
• Responding to financial inquiries by gathering and interpreting data from related parties
• Examining financial records to check for accuracy
• Maintaining HR personnel records, managing HR documents (e.g. employment records and onboarding guides) and updating internal databases.

Job Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, having in depth knowledge of cloud-based accounting software platform such as XERO, Payroll Panda, Paypal, and Quickbook
• Must be able to work independently and preferably commence work immediately
• 3-5 years and above relevant working experience
• ACCA, CIMA, or Diploma/Degree in Accounting
