About The Job

Fulfilment & Supply Chain: 
  • To plan the shipment schedule with the fulfilment and production team, provide training and job delegation to the team 
  • To pack and ship customers’ or clients' orders within 1-2 business days to their addresses in a time-efficient and accurate manner
  • To create shipment labels accurately in the most time-efficient and accurate manner and hand over to the delivery personnel
  • To check items to ensure that they are in good condition and conform to quality specifications
  • To receive and understand work orders to verify the shipping method selected by customers
  • To ensure that the shipping costs are minimised

Customer Service: 
  • To identify customer needs quickly, efficiently and proactively to deliver the right solution in the first instance

Products & Shop Management:
  • To manage inventory system and assist in stocks reordering 

Team Projects: 
  • To create a positive working environment by cultivating a fulfilling and collaborative working experience with the team 

Support Area:
  • To work with Wholesale Manager in expanding distribution channel
  • To monitor the shops for bugs and carry out end-to-end testing on fixes
  • To liaise with the Finance Department to ensure no overcharging of services 
  • To ensure Shipping Options to customers are always updated with revised rates on the website
  • To work with the Production Department in producing high-quality product in a time-efficient and accurate manner

Job Requirements

  1. Highly organised, process-oriented and able to work under tight guidelines  
  2. Continually looks for efficiency gains, shares best practice and suggests process improvements 
  3. Ability to manage time and workload effectively
  4. Strong attention to detail  
  5. Excellent Microsoft Office proficiency and knowledge of e-commerce is a plus point 
  6. Understand the importance of teamwork and willing to help your team to archive their goal
  7. Highly personable with the ability to interface and collaborate with several teams and customers from time to time 
  8. Have solid oral and written communication skills, including the ability to give and receive honest and direct feedback 
  9. Enjoy working in a fast-paced startup and willing to learn new skills
