About The Job

This role will develop and execute innovative digital marketing strategies, using SEO, SEM, and other techniques to enhance brand awareness and improve sales funnel within the digital space as well as driving website traffic and acquiring leads/customers.
  • Plan and execute digital marketing strategy on our platforms (including our websites(, web hosting server, CMS, marketing automation tool, Google Analytics), channels (including SEO, SEM, social media, paid promotion, affiliate program, email marketing, etc.)
  • Build and maintain our brand awareness and presence online
  • Ensure high-quality content and brand consistency through all of our digital publishing and marketing promotion
  • Publish and distribute content on our digital channels effectively to meet overall brand, marketing, products, sales, and customer acquisition goals
  • Identify trends and insights of our brand. Optimise ads budget and performance based on the insights
  • Brainstorm new growth strategies with marketing and creative team
  • Plan, execute and measure our traffic, conversion, and acquisition rate
  • Execute marketing campaigns through best practices in digital distribution, social promotion, user experience, etc.
  • Utilise strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints
  • Improve direct-to-consumer sales funnel
  • Provide marketing analytics insight and monthly reports on digital marketing performance
  • Keep up to date with the latest technology and digital marketing

Job Requirements

  • Proven 2-3 years of work experience as a Digital Marketer or similar role
  • Experience in developing and implementing successful digital marketing strategies
  • Good knowledge with SEO, Google Analytics and CRM software
  • Sense of ownership and result-oriented
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Analytical and result-driven
  • Team player
  • Good time-management skills
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • E-commerce enthusiast
  • Degree in Marketing, Digital technologies or similar working experience in relevant field
