Job Description
- Design visual graphic for various platforms to promote the brand.
- Art direct product and campaign launches photography session.
- Develop a content strategy that meets the brand's objectives.
- Lead and inspire the design team to create creative, engaging, high-quality content that meets the brand's marketing needs.
- Champion good content design practice within the stationery and creative industry.
- Contribute to new product development in line with the company's business plan.
- Work with management to define Mossery's content strategy and art direction.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in the design-related industry.
- Demonstrated strong design and art directing skills.
- Demonstrated excellent adobe software(Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign etc.) skills.
- Photography and videography skills are a plus point.
- Familiarity with social media platforms(Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest)
- Expert in developing and executing plans, providing clear direction, and holding people accountable.
- Effective at working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
- Possesses teamwork and collaborative spirits.
- Able to adapt to change and assume added responsibilities.
- Highly organised and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
