Job Description:
- Seek out to industry professionals to test, review and feedback on our products.
- Working with influencers to promote our products with a fair incentivisation model.
- Working with our in-house creative team to strategise, plan & coordinate content creation for Instagram, blog & newsletters.
- Organising and updating our content calendar from time to time to adjust to production schedules.
- Working with product, creative and sales team in conceptualising product launches and on-going promotion of our products.
- Collaborating with our community and industry professionals to execute content creation.
- To write about the success and transformational stories of our community and to publish on our website, marketing and media channels in the form of articles, writing, images, videos, newsletters or ads.
- Maintaining constant communications with our community to support their work and to encourage them to create via multiple communication channels.
- To reach out to our users for feedback on how we can serve them better.
Job Requirements
- Experience in communication & collaboration with a large group of people.
- Experience in eCommerce or Business-to-Consumer marketing.
- Experience in the execution or planning in content creation—be it in writing, images or videos.
- Skilled in using organisation & writing tools, such as:
- Microsoft Excel & Word
- Google Sheets & Docs
- Trello or any other project management app
- Experience in using marketing tools, such as:
- MailChimp or any other newsletter app
- Intercome or any other customer-relationship management app
- Facebook’s Business Manager
- Google Analytics & Adwords
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent writing skills in English.
- Understanding of emerging social media trends, best practices, tools and platforms.
