Job Description

• Identifying and developing project sales leads to ensure project pipelines are healthy through identification of new project launching, collection of market information and gathering of current product trend development.
• Develop and build strong customer relationship for existing and new project clients.
• Prepare and conduct presentation for potential clients.
• Oversee the preparation of quotation, proposal, tenders, design planning etc up to securing the project.
• Involved in tender stage for tender interviews to ensure that client requirement is captured, understood, and delivered. 

Job Requirements

• Minimum Degree in Business with specialization in Sales / Marketing / Business Administration / Architecture / Interior Design or equivalent.
• At least 3-year(s) experience in Sales in kitchen / ID Fit Out project sales / relevant industry segments with proven track sales track record
• Working experience in built-in furniture / ID fit-out to property developers’ industry is preferred for this position. Experience in kitchen cabinet, interior design or architectural related field is an added advantage.
• Able to work within tight deadlines, independently and with good time management.
• Strong communication skills and able to conduct presentations to various stakeholders
• Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Sales - Corporate or equivalent.
