Contributing to improving the operational systems, processes, and policies in support of MooCommerce's vision, specifically, support better management reporting, information flow, and business processes.
Monitor product performance, inventory, and analyze sales for re-ordering and replenishments. To ensure that the inventory is at a healthy level, not over or understocking on products, basing on sales and purchasing. There will be times when the candidate is expected to negotiate with suppliers (local/international) for new products on various issues.
Planning of all orders / re-orders / replenishments and share with relevant departments internally for budgeting. To plan the logistics as well to deliver the products from the manufacturer to the relevant locations.
Improve operational efficiencies by understanding internal systems/policies/procedures and providing constant feedback on improving internal processes. To develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for the respective functions of this role.
Generate accurate reports on weekly and/or monthly basis.
The responsibilities are not limited to the above, and the candidate is expected to undertake any other miscellaneous tasks provided by the management, especially during the expansion of the business.
The primary market focus will be the United States.
Any experience with e-commerce especially Amazon, website and others would be a plus.
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree of any field—a preferred field in Business, Accounting, and Supply Chain Management. Having work experience is a plus.
Computer literate & intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, and Powerpoint) and Google Docs.
Must be able to speak and write in Chinese.
Able to work flexibly in a dynamic environment and also work well under pressure and tight deadlines.
Able to think out of the box and provide solutions to issues.
Must be a team player and a fast learner.
Salary will commensurate with relevant experience.
Experience with any e-commerce environment would be a PLUS.
