Job Description

• Working within the e-commerce team to research, develop and grow the e-commerce business 
• Possess fundamental and technical expertise and experience of Google SEM/SEO, Facebook Ads and other platform.
• Build and lead the playbook of the strategy, development, execution and optimization of company's digital marketing towards:
  • Create content
  • Optimize for SEO and SEM
  • Link-Building
  • Analytics
  • Schema / Meta-tags / Sitemap
• Helping and Creating a sales funnel to improve conversion by analyzing and tracking website traffic, flow and competitor's analysis
• Manage, Research, Liaise and Assist in content creation for website and across various marketplaces
• Evaluate approaches and strategies to improve e-commerce sales conversions and customer engagement
• Develop and write digital content and maintain content publishing 
• Gather and understand information regarding customer, sales and retail channel with competitor’s analysis and insights. 
• Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in search engine marketing 

Job Requirements

1. At least a Advance Diploma or equivalent with 2-3 years of experience with online digital marketing (Having UI/UX experience would be a plus)
2. Experience in leading and managing all technical aspects of SEO/SEM
3. Well verse in Google - Analytics, Tags, Adwords, Merchant and Search Console as well as Facebook Ads and Pixel.
4. A result driven - analytical acumen be able to analyze data and willing to test various strategies
5. Experience with US markets is a plus 
6. Required language : Proficiency in English (Mandarin is a plus)
7. Handling marketing budgets - Prepping Forecast vs Actual reports
8. Hands-on, proactive and self-motivated and ability to work independently and meet deadline.
9. Good attention to detail, good with numbers and figures.
10. Salary will commensurate with relevant experience
