Job Description

  • Lead and Setting up Customer Service Team
  • Empower and Act as a Customer’s representative in the company to enhance the branding of our company
  • Improve customer feedback and reviews towards our company brands’ and products
  • Acting as a Customers’ voice and proactively escalate issues to the Management on all customer facing matters that have direct impacts to the business and customer shopping experience
  • Constantly Identify new tools and methods to better serve our Customers
    Set strategic goals together with management and drive implementation with the team in line with OKRs (Objective and Key Results)
  • Partner with operational business stakeholders to identify key initiatives, and engage data analytics team members to execute delivery of sustainable solutions to business problems using data analysis and visualization.
  • Take full ownership and responsibility in optimizing business efficiency and functionality.
  • Mentor, coach, and develop our senior managers through clear and effective communication.
  • Create a positive team dynamic that encourages all employees to provide feedback, drive change, and adapt to an ever-changing environment.
  • Design and implement policies that align with and promote company mission, vision, and values.
  • Proactively seek opportunities to design and implement continuous improvement process across the organization.

Job Requirements

  • Intrinsic understanding of and experience managing the following departments: Sales, Operations, Customer Success, Commerce, Finance, Human Resources, and Marketing.
  • Proven track record of building and leading teams with significant people management experience.
  • Preferably someone specialized in Customer Service with 3 years or more experience
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in any field. Preferred field in Communication, Media, Advertising, Business, Journalism and IT services. 
  • Past experience with E-marketplaces, flash sales and daily deals vendors such as Amazon, Groupon, Ensogo, Lazada, 11Street, Rakuten, eBay, Qoo10 and Alibaba has extra advantages.
  • Must be able to converse well in English language, both written and spoken
  • Able to work flexibly in a dynamic environment and also work well under pressure and tight deadlines.
